Windsor Gear & machine was established in 1991 in Windsor Locks, CT. The company founder, Mike Sienkiewicz has over 30 years of machining experience with 20 + years experience gained as an employee of Hamilton Standard, a leader in the aircraft manufacturing industry.

Starting with one gear cutting machine and his father's Pratt & Whitney lathe, Mike has grown Windsor Gear to a small production shop specializing in gear cutting as well as a full service machine shop.

Windsor Gear has purposely resisted growing beyond a shop which allows us to provide personal attention to detail. Maintaining strict quality control and production standards is essential in the industry and is key to our success.
